The Alsysco Quality Control Checklists

Our quality control process involves comprehensive checklists at every stage of your project:

Project Planning + Measurements

The first stage of the quality control process begins with thorough project planning. This involves detailed discussions to understand your requirements, site-specific conditions, and any potential challenges that may arise during installation. Accurate measurements are crucial at this stage to ensure that the aluminium systems are fabricated to fit perfectly within your space.

Fabrication

Once the planning and measurement stage is complete, the fabrication process begins. Alsysco’s internal quality control process includes comprehensive checklists that track the fabrication progress. It is essential to ensure that the required systems meet industry standards and that the systems are being manufactured to Alsysco’s specifications. This is why we train Accredited Fabricators to install our systems. Find a fabricator in your area here.

Installation

The installation process is executed by the chosen fabricator and overseen by Alsysco reps, ensuring proper alignment, fixing methods, and safety compliance. Homeowners can play a role in this stage by overseeing the installation process and addressing any concerns promptly.

Final Handover

The final handover stage is where the system is inspected to ensure that all aspects meet Alsysco standards. This includes checking for proper functioning, structural integrity, and compliance with industry safety regulations. By participating in this final inspection, homeowners can confirm that the installation has been completed to their satisfaction.

Maintenance

Each of our systems requires low-maintenance upkeep that may be maintained as per our maintenance manuals. Maintenance varies based on the installation location, coastal areas require more regular checks due to the weather. Be sure to ask your fabricator for more information to keep your systems looking new.
